Phnom Peng Biophilic Resident
The Mountain Living
Urban life’s constant interaction is causing psychological issues. Health studies show that urban areas have higher levels of stress and some mental problems are more common. A healthy environment is essential for the operation of cities. Interaction with nature can have a great impact on mental health, which is why cities need to embrace it.
The project takes place in “Toulkork” which in Khmer means Ground Hill. ( a naturally raised area of land, not as high or craggy as a mountain.) The design will provide the experience as if people living on a hill or in a mountain area where they are connecting with nature that intention idea of biophilic design will create nature vibes for them while they are living in the city plot.
