My
Projects
As a student who is extremely passionate about design, focusing on school projects is not nearly enough to get me involved in the industry. Participating in competitions locally as well as internationally has helped me learn the process in various ways. In school, I have the chance to talk to academics about projects, including design, concept, and practical things, which can more or less help me become more knowledgeable about the area of architecture. I had the opportunity to learn about other cultures, ways of life, and typologies while working on the competition project, which presented new challenges for the design. Through the competition and teamwork, I particularly had the opportunity to share ideas and perspectives on design with other students who attended other schools and had varied design backgrounds. We truly gained all of these incredible experiences from doing that particular assignment.
